Please take notice that the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearings on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, Pennsylvania to consider the following:
- The Application of Blackstone Building Group and Jill Rafine concerning properties located at 1635 North Fifth Street, Perkasie, East Rockhill Township, also known as Tax Map Parcel Numbers 12-014-030-001-006 and 12-014-030-001-005. The properties are located in the RR, Rural Residential zoning district. The Applicant is requesting a special exception pursuant to §27-2103 of the Zoning Ordinance to expand the nonconforming dental practice use on the upper floor by constructing an addition to the existing building.
- The Application of Tabor Rd LLC concerning properties located at 401 E. Callowhill Street, Perkasie, PA also known as Tax Map Parcel Numbers 12-13-8-1 and 12-13-8-2. The properties are located in the CO – Commercial Office zoning district. The Applicant is seeking a variance from §27-1705 and 1709.a to permit an 8’ high deer fence within the setbacks for the property.
The applications and accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building.
