All development within East Rockhill Township must conform to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance and any other regulations controlling grading and Stormwater Management Ordinance.

These applications are reviewed by East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and Bucks County Planning Commission and forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for their review and final approval. Relief from a zoning district regulation will require an application to the Zoning Hearing Board. 

East Rockhill Township does not have a planner on staff.  Any questions regarding subdivision of property are to be directed to a consultant of your choosing.
