Selling or Buying Property?

Non-residential resale or change in tenant:

Apply for and obtain a zoning permit which is required prior to occupancy for all non-residential buildings. 

Residential resale: 

Beginning August 14, 2026, only the current resale application form will be accepted.    

Apply for and obtain a resale certification which is required prior to settlement for all residential dwellings.   

• Submit current fee of $85.00 per unit with application or request a credit card payment link (convenience fees are applied).   
• Reinspection fee of $100 is required as the result of a failed inspection.
• Any work done without permits or violations determined by the Township will need to be corrected before an approved Certificate is issued.
• Inspections can be done via lockbox if the Property is vacant or electronically monitored.
