Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township will consider the continued Conditional Use Application of Fatjon Brahimi at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.  

The Conditional Use Application is for a residential conversion of an existing detached garage into a 3-bedroom dwelling upon the property located at 1040 Old Bethlehem Road, Perkasie, PA 18944, more particularly described at Tax Map Parcels No. 12-011-057, which is located in the AP- Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. The Applicant, in accordance with Section 27-304.B9 of Chapter 27 of the East Rockhill Township Code of Ordinances, filed a Conditional Use Application and requested approval for the proposed Residential Conversion Use on the property.  A copy of the Conditional Use Application may be viewed at the Township Building during regular business hours. The public hearing on this Conditional Use Application shall take place at the above-referenced time and place before the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township and all interested parties and the public are welcome to attend.  

The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence at the above-referenced October 27, 2026 public hearing and may take action on the same at that time. 

The Planning Commission will consider the application to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors at their September 10, 2026 7:00 p.m. public meeting.
