America 250 Years in the Making
On July 4, 2026, our nation will commemorate and celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The journey toward this historic milestone is an opportunity to pause and reflect on our nation’s past, honor the contributions of all Americans, and look ahead toward the future we want to create for the next generation and beyond.
- July 3, 2026, 9AM 2.50 Mile Fun Run at Fairhill Road Park, Hilltown Township. Register here.
- July 4, 2026 10:30AM Let Freedom Ring National Bell Ringing Ceremony. Commemorate the signing of the Declaration of Independece with a nationwide bell ringining, once for each of the 13 original Colonies at Sellersville Museum, 120 E. Church Street, Sellersville Borough.
- America250PA to celebrate Pennsylvania's leading role in the 250th Anniversary of America.
- July 4, 2026 Light to Unite. Light up red, white and blue.
- July 5, 2026 America's Potluck. An opportunity for neighbors to join with one another to share a fun, communal meal and creating a sense of connection.
- July 8, 2026 6PM Sharing the Spirit of America to read the Declaration of Independence together.
