Please take notice that the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, Pennsylvania to consider the Application of Michael DeCandro, concerning a property located at 25 Green Leaf Circle, Perkasie, East Rockhill Township, also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 12- 029-153. This property is located in the R-1, Residential zoning district. The Application requests a variance from §27-304.B3.a.(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a rear yard setback of 25' where 40' is required. The Applicant is proposing the installation of a covered patio that will encroach into the rear yard setback.
The applications and accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or unless posted otherwise at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building.
