AN ORDINANCE OF THE EAST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF THE EAST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP CODE TO CREATE A NEW H19 DATA CENTER USE, AMEND A-1 GENERAL FARMING USE, CLARIFY LANDSCAPERS AS INCLUDED IN CONTRACTOR USE, AND UPDATE THE TABLES OF USES ACCORDINGLY.
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider for possible adoption an ordinance, of which this notice is a summary at its May 26, 2026 meeting at 7:00 p.m., in the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944. The proposed ordinance amends Chapter 27 of the East Rockhill Township Code to create a new H19 Data Center use with associated definitions and regulations to be permitted as a conditional use in the I-1 and I-2 Zoning Districts. The proposed ordinance also revises the A-1 General Farming use, clarifies that landscapers are included within Contractor use, and update the tables of uses accordingly. The proposed ordinance is effective five days after enactment. A full copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment at the public hearing.
