Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township will consider the Conditional Use Application of the Perkasie Regional Authority at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.
The Conditional Use Application is for the expansion of a G1 Utilities Use through which the applicant seeks to replace an existing potable water treatment facility with an expanded facility of 1,400 ft./sq. on the property located at 1010 Three Mile Run Road, Perkasie, PA 18944, more particularly described as Tax Map Parcel No. 12-009-094, owned by East Rockhill Township, and located in the RP- Resource Protection Zoning District. The Applicant, in accordance with Section 27-2208 of the East Rockhill Township Code of Ordinances, filed a Conditional Use Application and requested approval for the replacement and expansion of the existing G1 Utilities Use. A copy of the Conditional Use Application may be viewed at the Township Building at 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 during regular business hours. The public hearing on this Conditional Use Application shall take place at the above-referenced time and place before the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township and all interested parties and the public are welcome to attend.
The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence at the above-referenced June 24, 2025, public hearing and may take action on the same at that time.
