AN ORDINANCE OF THE EAST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ADDING A PART 5 TO CHAPTER 13 OF THE EAST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH PROCEDURES FOR THE SAFE AND ORDERLY TOWING AND STORAGE OF DISABLED OR ABANDONED VEHICLES AND ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION FOR AND MAINTENANCE OF A TOWING LICENSE IN EAST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP.
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will consider for possible adoption an Ordinance, of which this Notice is a summary, establishing licensure for towers, requirements for such licensure, procedures for towing and storage of disabled or abandoned vehicles in East Rockhill Township. The Board will consider the Ordinance at its May 27, 2025, meeting at 7:00 p.m., in the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment at the public hearing.
