Street Light Assessment

Residents living in developments where street lights were installed as a requirement of the developments’ approval are subject to an annual maintenance street light assessment of $45.00 which is invoiced by the Township in March and due by March 30. 

Payments can be made online by adding the account to your sewer utility billing login, by check or by cash during regular business hours or by completing the automated ACH Recurring Payment form. When paying by check there is a convenient secure drive up drop payment box located in front of the Municipal Office. 

All monies collected are payable to PPL to cover a portion of the expenses for street light maintenance and electric.  The street lights are owned and maintained by PPL not East Rockhill Township. 

Any street light outages or maintenance concerns can be reported to the Township which are then reported to PPL to address.   Please provide a pole number, location and the problem.
