Selling or Buying Property?
Non-residential re-sale or change in tenant:
Apply for and obtain a zoning permit which is required prior to occupancy for all non-residential buildings.
Residential re-sale:
Apply for and obtain a re-sale certification which is required prior to settlement for all residential dwellings.
- Submit fee with application. Current fee is $85 per unit.
- Re-Inspection fee of $100 is required as the result of a failed inspection.
- Any work done without permits or violations determined by the Township will need to be corrected before an approved Certificate is issued.
- Inspections can be done via lockbox if the Property is vacant or electronically monitored.
- Certificate is only valid 30-days from date of issuance.
