The 6/28/2021 Hearing was cancelled and time period for holding the first hearing waived through 9/30/2021 and a second extension was granted by the Zoning Hearing Board until 11/30/2021.
On 11/8/2021 the applicant waived all time requirements to hold a first hearing and therefore has an indefinite extension. Applicant will provide the Township 60 days to schedule a hearing upon request and has agreed to be subject to any modifications in zoning.
A new hearing date will be re-advertised.
Please take notice that the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, Pennsylvania to consider the application of TCK Ventures, LLC concerning a property located at 1070 Old Bethlehem Road, Perkasie, East Rockhill Township, also known as Tax Map Parcel Number 12-011-053. This property is located in the AP – Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. The Applicant appealed the Township’s denial for a zoning permit to construct a 14,950 square foot detached garage on the property. The Applicant appeals the Township’s determination that the building and/or use will not constitute an accessory building or use, pursuant to Sections 27-207.b and 27-254.b of the East Rockhill Township Zoning Ordinance, respectively. In the alternative, the Applicant seeks a variance from Sections 500 and 501 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the proposed building and use on the property. In addition, the Applicant seeks a variance from section 27.304.B11.k to permit the height of the garage to exceed 18 feet.
