Real Estate Tax Collection

On March 1 of each year the Tax Collector mails the combined municipal and county real estate tax bills. These bills are mailed to the property owner and need to be reviewed and forwarded to your mortgage company or financial institution if taxes are escrowed.  

The Tax Collector is an elected position.  Questions regarding Real Estate Taxes should be directed to the Tax Collector.

Real Estate Taxes cannot be paid at the Municipal Complex. They must be paid to the Tax Collector. The Tax Collector's location and contact information is listed below.

Payment in Person:  2037 Hill Road, Sellersville.  It is the 2nd driveway off of Three Mile Run Road with a dropbox available on the garage.  Cash is not accepted.  Homeowners are encouraged to pay by mail or use the drop box.  If a receipt is needed, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with both copies of the bill.  Call to schedule an appointment.

Earned Income and Local Service Tax Collection

Act 32 provides for the consolidation of Earned Income and Local Service Tax Collection to countywide tax collection districts and for the standardization of the local tax collection process. One of the most significant changes will be mandatory payroll withholding of these taxes. Questions should be directed to Keystone Collections Group who was selected to serve as the Bucks County Tax Officer effective January 1, 2012.

Street Light Assessment

East Rockhill Township has a Street Light Assessment. Residents living in developments where street lights were installed as a requirement of the developments’ approvals are subject to an annual maintenance assessment of $41.00 which is invoiced by the Township in March.
