The elected tax collector is responsible for the collection of the School, County, and Township Real Estate taxes.
Tax Bills Mailed to Property Owners
All tax bills are mailed to property owners. Please review and forward the bill to your mortgage company or financial institution if taxes are escrowed. For a history of Real Estate Tax Rates click here.
Credit Card Payments
Taxpayers can pay their taxes by using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Pay your taxes online or call 1-800-2PAYTAX (1-800-272-9829) to pay by phone. When paying online, type in East Rockhill Township's Jurisdiction Code 4843 and follow the instructions provided. Please note that Official Payments, the online service, will charge a convenience fee.
Earned Income Tax (EIT)
Attention business owners and payroll processors:
Do you know how Act 32 will impact your business in Bucks County? Do you know what Act 32 is?
Act 32 provides for the consolidation of Earned Income Tax Collection to countywide tax collection districts and for the standardization of the local tax collection process. One of the most significant changes will be mandatory payroll withholding of this tax. Keystone Collections Group was selected to serve as the Bucks County Tax Officer and will transition the County into Act 32 that will start January 1, 2012. Keystone will collect the Earned Incom Tax for East Rockhill Township.

2012 Information
In addition to the Real Estate Tax, the township levies an Earned Income Tax (EIT). The EIT is collected by Keystone Collections Group , a professional collection firm, under contract by the municipality and the Pennridge School District. The money collected is shared by the school district and the township. In addition, the Township has levied 0.25% strictly for the preservation of open space. The total EIT is 1.75%.

Street Light Assesment
East Rockhill Township has a Street Light Assessment. Residents living in developments where street lights were installed as a requirement of the developments’ approvals are subject to a $34 per year maintenance fee. The fee is included in the sewer bills mailed in April and July.
Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion
Homestead/Farmstead Exclusion applications must be received by March 1, in order to be eligible for a tax reduction in the that school tax year. Please contact the Bucks County Board of Assessment at 215-348-6219 to receive the homestead/farmstead exclusion form and instructions. .
Property Tax/Rent Rebate Form
The Property Tax/Rent Rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians:
- Age 65 and older
- Widows and widowers age 50 and older
- People with disabilities age 18 and older

Tax Certificate Requests
Please send Tax Certification requests to the tax collector by mail or email, eastrockhilltax@comcast.net. The Tax Certification fee is $35, which certifies four years of county, township and school real estates taxes.
Tax Collector Term
Kathleen Percetti was appointed Tax Collector in June 2002, and officially elected at the next municipal election in November 2003 to complete the remainder of the 4-year term begun January 7, 2002. She was reelected in November 2005 and again in November 2009.
