Zoning Hearing Board Considering Two Applications

LEGAL NOTICE

Please take notice that the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA to consider the following applications:

  1. The application of Lynne Allen for the property located at 1131 Branch Road, Perkasie, and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 12-14-49-1. The property is located in the S, Suburban, zoning district. The Applicant seeks to convert an existing accessory storage barn building (use B9) into a single family dwelling (use B1), where use B9, Residential Conversion, is not permitted in the S zoning district. The Applicant also seeks relief to convert an existing non-conforming duplex dwelling, and to allow more than one principal use on a lot.
  2. The application of Ralph Moyer for the property known as 11 Route 313, located at the intersection of Route 313 and Old Bethlehem Road, and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 12-14-63. The Property is located in the AP, Agriculture Preservation, zoning district. The Applicant seeks to construct a new single family detached dwelling (use B1) on a vacant lot. The Applicant requests variances from Sections 27-502(a) and 27-1901(a)(1) of the East Rockhill Township Zoning Ordinance for the minimum lot size, minimum lot width, minimum front and rear yards, maximum impervious surface and minimum building envelope requirements.

The applications and accompanying documents are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building.
