LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Rockhill Township will hold a public hearing and consider for possible adoption an Ordinance of which this Notice is a summary, authorizing the Township to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement that will appoint the Municipal Utility Alliance as the Township's consultant for the bidding and possible purchasing of utility products at its meeting to be held on April 21, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, located at 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA 18944. Copies of the full text of the Ordinance can be viewed at the Township offices, Bucks County Law Library and offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing.
