Consideration of DVHIT for Health Plans
LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will consider for possible adoption an ordinance, of which this Notice is a summary, authorizing the participation of East Rockhill Township in the Delaware Valley Health Insurance Trust (DVHIT). The DVHIT provides for the administration of health benefit plans for township employees which may include hospitalization, medical, surgical, dental, and other health care services. The public hearing on the proposed ordinance will be held on December 16, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA. Copies of the full text of the proposed Ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing.
