Police Department Survey Responses Positive
February 2009
Even if they were stopped for traffic violations, a survey of individuals served by the Pennridge Regional Police Department in 2008 rated the department’s personnel as 4.6 or better on a scale of 1 to 5, near “Excellent.”
“I believe that these results are indicative of the officers’ and staff’s professionalism,” said Chief of Police David A. Mettin.
The survey was sent throughout the year to randomly selected individuals who were stopped for traffic violations, were arrested or victims of crime, were involved in traffic accidents, or had contact through a routine service call. Respondents returned the surveys anonymously. More about the Pennridge Regional Police Department.
