East Rockhill gets Representation on
Perkasie Borough Authority
October 2008
Perkasie Borough Council appointed East Rockhill resident David Watt to the Perkasie Borough Authority (PBA) Board in October. Dave is the first resident of the township to be appointed to the PBA Board and the Township Supervisors are pleased to now have direct representation.
The appointment is fitting since the Township’s first service agreement with Perkasie Borough Authority was signed 100 years ago in 1908. The Authority currently serves 725 township residents, which compose 20% of the Authority’s customer base.
David Watt and his family have lived in East Rockhill Township for 15 years and have been PBA water customers from the beginning. He is a former member of the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission and currently serves as a Zoning Hearing Board alternate. Dave contributes his perspective as an East Rockhill Township resident and the professional experience and knowledge he has gained while managing all phases of site improvements, including the installation of water and sewer lines. Dave is the Senior Vice President of Heritage Building Group.
