2010 Draft Budget Under Review

East Rockhill Township’s loss of revenues in 2009 has been far more extensive than expected and far outweighs the additional revenues generated from the 0.95 mill real estate tax increase in the 2009 budget. To address this, the 2010 draft budget reduces expenditures significantly and proposes a $4 increase to the Street Light Assessment, a $5 per quarter sewer rate increase, and a new special purpose real estate tax of 1.26 mills dedicated to future debt service obligations for a new Pennridge Regional Police Headquarters building.
