Residents of East Rockhill Township, when it rains, it drains, where does your runoff drain to?

¨          Use the Bucks County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program to dispose of hazardous substances such as used oil, cleaning supplies and paint.

 

¨          Use pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides properly and efficiently to prevent excess runoff.

 

¨          Pick up after pets and dispose of their waste properly—in your backyard or at the park, stormwater runoff can carry pet waste from land to the storm sewer system to a stream.

 

¨          Wash your car at a car wash where water gets treated and recycled.
