Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board consists of three residents appointed by the Board of Supervisors for a term of three years.  The Board provides an important function in the administration of the Zoning Ordinance within the Township.  The Board performs the duty of a quasi-judicial body.  The Board hears applications regarding appeals of the Zoning Officer's determination, interpretations of the Ordinance and may grant relief from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance based on compliance with established hardship guidelines, state law and case law.
