East Rockhill Township residents have a number of free services available to them through both the township and Bucks County. Township services and contact information for important paid services are listed in this section. Visit www.buckscounty.org for a complete listing of county services.
Yard waste and leaves are collected by the township at designated times. The township trash district (Cedarbrook Crossing The Pines at Pennridge II & III ) has a single hauler; all other residents must contract with private haulers. A new contract will be in place beginning in January 2012. For information on rates and how you can piggy back on to the contract please read the Implementation Plan from Republic Services.
Paper items can be recycled in green and yellow Paper Retriever dumpsters throughout the community. Paper and cardboard from residential uses are also accepted at the East Rockhill Township Residential Recycling Center. In addition, private trash haulers provide recycling.
Water services are offered to residents through either the North Penn Water Authority or Perkasie Borough Water Authority, depending on where you live. Sewer service is provided by and billed through the township.
The township maintains most roads throughout the township, while PennDOT handles several major roads.
Residents have a number of choices in cable, phone, and internet service providers. Electric is provided through PP&L Electric Utilities.
