Township to Consider Water Use Ordinance
LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will consider for possible adoption at a public hearing an ordinance, of which this notice is a summary, providing regulations governing and restricting the use of water within the Township of East Rockhill during a drought emergency, establishing a water restriction use plan, and providing for penalties for violating the regulations governing the use of water during a drought emergency within the Township. The Board will hold a public hearing to consider the ordinance for possible adoption at its regularly scheduled meeting of November 18, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA. Copies of the full text of the Ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing.
