Board to Consider Amending Code for Public Water Service
LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will consider for possible adoption at a public hearing an ordinance, of which this notice is a summary, amending Chapter 26, Water, of the Code of Ordinances of East Rockhill Township by amending Part 2, Public Water Service, and amending the water district within the Township wherein Perkasie Borough Authority shall be the designated public water supplier for properties required and/or choosing to connect to a public water source, and providing regulations governing and restricting the connections in the water district within the Township of East Rockhill and providing for penalties for violating the regulations governing the water district within the Township. The Board will hold a public hearing to consider the ordinance for possible adoption at its regularly scheduled meeting of February 17, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA. Copies of the full text of the Ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing.
