Ordinance - Fireworks
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors will consider for possible adoption at a public hearing an ordinance, of which this notice is a summary, providing regulations governing the use of fireworks and the public displays of fireworks within the Township of East Rockhill, establishing a fireworks display permit, providing for the enforcement of said fireworks regulations and providing for penalties for violating the regulations governing the use of fireworks and the public displays of fireworks within the Township. The Board will hold a public hearing to consider the ordinance for possible adoption at its regularly scheduled meeting of October 21, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the East Rockhill Township Municipal Building, 1622 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA. Copies of the full text of the Ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Bucks County Law Library and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing.
