The Secretary/Treasurer oversees the day-to-day operations of the township, develops the budget, responds to residents’ concerns, supervises township's employees and works closely with various Boards and Commissions to fulfill policy established by the elected Board of Supervisors. The Secretary/ Treasurer also serves as the Open Records Officer.

Ms. Morano is also responsible for the Township’s public sewer administration, processing subdivision applications, payroll and purchasing.

Zoning Officer / Building Code Official

The Zoning Officer/Building Codes Official is responsible for enforcing the Zoning Ordinance, Building Codes, and applicable Township Ordinances. Mr. Gardner reviews applications and approvals and performs on-site inspections. He works closely with the other jurisdictional county, state, and federal agencies to insure compliance with applicable regulations.

The Director of Public Works is responsible for overseeing road maintenance and waste water conveyance and treatment systems of the township. This includes the repair of potholes, erecting street and regulatory signs, maintaining storm sewers, removing fallen trees from road rights-of-way, and snow removal. Mr. Scholl oversees the maintenance of more than 36 miles of roadway and several hundred acres of open space and parkland. In addition, the department maintains the township’s public sewer system. He supervises and works along side a two man crew as well as seasonal, part-time help.

The Bookkeeper is currently a part-time position. The Bookkeeper is responsible for the day-to-day accounting responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger activities. The Bookkeeper maintains the financial records of the Township and is responsible for assisting and making records available to auditors as well as prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and assist the Secretary/Treasurer with the preparation and control of the annual budget.
